What is the connector type? Will it fit TRX or do I need an adapter? Thanks.

Hi i just brought one of these ESC and when l conected up every thing the ESC just keeps beaping and wont stop . Can anyone help me please .

Hello Fai2
check that the trottle is not inverted (try with full trottle)
check that the trim is low enough
Usually one of them is the cause.
You can also try with another ESC

I recently purchased an HK 100 amp SBEC speed controller. I tried it on the weekend and altough it plays the 'power up' warning, it will not actually run the motor. I contacted live chat for a manual - there isn't one. I have just read that it is programable - do I need a program card? If so which one and how do i get hold of a manual? The battery is fully charged and a much smaller ESC actually runs the motor so i know there is a problem with the new 100A ESC. Any suggestions?

Regards Mike

Cannot find a manual anywhere, anyone able to help?
It should work fine without programming,a programme card is if you wish to change the parameters of the ESC,if you wish to do this then use Part#SKU: 9261000016.
Not sure which radio you are using but make sure the throttle trim is right down to the bottom,if it still does not work increase the "travel adjust" on the throttle channel of your transmitter if it is able to do this, adjust it from 100% up to 120%,if this still does not work try reversing the throttle channel on the transmitter.

Just had friend come to me with the same problem. Solution - reduced the throttle trim by a few clicks and it will arm properly and fire up.

Hello, my MX2 was to test a battery with nano 4s 70c/130 2700 and one of the capacitors 80A ESC melted the connector pin, tell me someone knows what could have happened to this place, ESC What else could I buy here site for my MX2? Thank you!
 Christ 200 points
Hello Na brega
sorry to hear that. This ESC is a cheap one but should be working fine with this motro and battery. may be you can fix it? Always pay attention of not havint the heatsink toouching the soldering of the cables. Usually there is very small gap between the parts.
Turigy plush is a good one, only a bit more expensive
Enjoy flying

good evening. I bought the following esc:
HobbyKing 100A ESC 4A UBEC
and the following engine
Warhead 3545-1850KV EDF Motor 90mm
when at full throttle the engine comes into strong vibrations. I use a 6s lipo, perhaps the 'esc need to be programmed. the program card for esc is recommended you up to 80 A, you have a program card for the 'esc 100 A I purchased

Not sure what happened with the first one but hobbyking made it right and it is powering Alloy DPS Series 70mm 10-Blade EDF unit with 2200kv Motor - 1900watt. does not even get really warm. First one went when the motor went and I still had full control and landed with no motor. Very happy. I will buy more.
