Turnigy Micro Quad V2 PNP ARF Includes KK2.0 LCD Flight Control Board
Turnigy Micro Quad V2 PNP ARF Includes KK2.0 LCD Flight Control Board

This tiny yet brilliantly designed PNP micro quad makes getting into hobby-grade quadcopters easy! We've done all the hard work for you by choosing the power system, installing the motors/ESCs, soldering all of the connections and mounting/setting up the control board.

***STOP Press!!*** UPDATED: This is the new Turnigy Micro Quad V2 which now includes our brilliant KK2.0 LCD flight control board!

This quad is the real deal, not a toy-ish micro with brushed motors and cute body shells. It features a high performance brushless power system and the highly capable, fully programmable Hobbyking KK2.0 Control Board.

With the Turnigy Integrated PCB Plug and Play Micro Quad, you simply need to add your own 4CH transmitter/receiver, 500-900mAH 2S 7.4V lipoly battery, setup your radio, complete the pre-flight check, mount the propellers and your ready to fly!

Updated to include our KK2.0 Flight Control system:

The original KK gyro system has been updated to an incredibly sensitive dual chip 3 Axis gyro and single chip 3 axis accelerometer system making this the most stable KK board ever and allowing for the addition of an Auto-level function. At the heart of the KK2.0 is an Atmel Mega324PA 8-bit AVR RISC-based microcontroller with 32k of memory. An additional 2 motor output channels have been added to the KK2.0 allowing for a total of 8 motors to be controlled (Octocopter) to allow you to use this flight control system in any quad you wish!

Micro Quad Features:
• Light weight design
• High efficiency brushless power system pre-installed
• Integrated PCB frame making for a tidy wiring layout
• PNP configuration taking the guesswork out of choosing your own components
• KK2.0 LCD flight control board

Hi! Does this quad fly with a 3 cell LiPo or do I have to use a 2 cell battery? Thanks!

Could it hold a gopro or a light action cam like a mobuis? Thanks

I tried with mobius, it can but very sluggish on 2s, 3s is fine but motors and escs get very hot. Very hard to fly fpv with 2s 950mah , mobius and fpv camera.

Does anyone know who put a file named: Aluminium 10mm box frame on the files tab? I know it's a long shot but I wanted to see different views of the bottom of the quad. Thanks

This thing flies great. Beware of the props though, they need some serious balancing. My settings: P gain 65, I gain 35, stick scaling to 100 and a bit of expo on the radio.

Excellent copter. I use rhino 610mAh. Copter can carry a camera HK HD Wing cam. But I had to remove the battery in the camera and give a smaller capacity. Very simple setup KK2.0 LCD. Awesome copter. I recommend to all. Copter is shock resistant. It is suitable for both beginners and advanced pilots.

1 thumbs up!
I am totally new to Quadcopters. I bought this to try out Quads to see if it's something I want to get involved with. It was really easy to set up the quad by following the instructions I downloaded from HobbyKings site. However, it would be nice if the manual was included in print with the kit. Make sure you motors are spinning in the right direction and that you have your props installed right. I struggled with the P and I gain settings at first. I have no understanding about them and had troubles to find a setting that would make the quad stable. I was fortunate to find good settings on another forum. With these settings the quad is very stable in self level mode and after setting the board up with these settings I have been flying without crashes. Roll-Pitch P Gain/Limit -> 60/100 I Gain/Limit -> 30/30 Yaw P Gain/Limit -> 115/40 I Gain/Limit -> 50/20 Stick Scaling: 70/70/70/90 Self-Level P Gain/Limit -> 50/30 I Gain/Limit -> 0/0 I addition to the settings above I use 50pcnt expo on all channels except throttle. This makes the quad easy to fly for a beginner like me. Make sure to get a good set of batteries with the quad. I first tried it with a 800mAh 2S 10C E-Flite battery from my LHS. What a waste of money! The 10C battery got really warm and clearly was not up to the task. I recommend Turnigy 2S 950mAh Nanotechs. They offer great performance for this quad. Also get
