works in a 4mm motor shaft?

Will this work with a prop saver? (the engine I am ordering comes with one) Or do I need a different way to attach the prop?
 Mr Krinkle 640 points
I doubt this would work on a prop saver. I would use a prop adapter with nut, something with a reasonably long thread becuase you are going to loose 7mm for the thickness of the base PLUS whatever thickness your prop is PLUS the thickness of the nut. Hope this helps!

Guys will this work for a motor that requires 50mm spinner ?
 Lamborgotti 42 points
well i dont think thers any motor out there that requires a spinner at all. its just there to make the plane look scale, complete or whatever. that said if you like 1.5inch size (38mm) in size for your plane then get it. if not and you like to stick with 50mm buy a 2inch spinner. Hope that clears things up

How do you fit this one? Screw the backplate behind the prop and mount the rest on top of that?
 albertomi 35 points
yES, it is, and then ut the 2 screw included

Good day for all!
Please, teach me, what does it mean the "1,5 inch". It is dimension of what?
For example, I have a motor with 3 mm shaft. What spinner I have to choose?
 Beaufighter 1808 points
It is 1.5" outer diameter. Comes with adapter rings for various shaft sizes (as 1.5" dia is sort of suitable for 7-9" props, I would guess it will fit a 3mm shaft)

Thank you :)

1,5"=3,81cm btw. I was wondering the same thing.
 albertomi 35 points
1.5 in is the extior diameter(back plate)spinner, and this spinner came with adapters for many diameters of shaft like DUBRO`s

Made very well. You can paint it to whatever you want. But for motor cooling you maybe want to drill some holes.

This spinner is well worth the money. It is well balanced and has little or no run out. The only negative is that the cut out for the prop is HUGE. An 8x6 prop needs a cut out that is less than half the size of the one provided.
