I have had the MG version of this servo mounted in my glider, but I cant remember if the flat mounting lugs come with them, They clip into the servo lugs and allow the servo to be screwed to a plate in the wing.

Nice servos but, yes, I agree the price has jumped to become prohibitive now. I think I paid about $10 each for 4 of these servos about 3 or 4 years ago. I was going to buy a few more but not at this price ($36?). You can get equivalent Bluebird, GWS, or even Hitec servos much cheaper (1/2 this price).
Could you pleaes update the eta just an approximate date is fine, thanks!

When I unpacked servo from box and tested it with my JeTi Box, its speed varried between 1.3-1.4s for 90° (1.000 -> 1.900ms) at 5.0V. Then I gave it 50 full cycles and suddenly the servo speeded to constant 0.099ms (it would be cca 0.07ms/60°). But the test was performed without load, when I get heavier weight, I will update review. Weight is 18.1g including arm.

Just one addition to my previous review. I tested servo under load mounted in 1m acrobatic plane (driving ailerons). Speed significaly decreased to 0.24s/90°. But this is 0.16s/60° - exactly as specified by manufacturer.

This servo is fast, very smooth and reliable. I have several other HG servos and none of them have ever failed me. HG servos seem to be very reliable and the HGD 250 Carbon looks very promising. This will be my no.1 servo for most applications from now on.

Great servo. Works well for my setup. The servo centers perfectly. Very fast from end to end.The weight came in at 18g(with stock servo wheel) as advertised. Nice to see inexpensive, quality micro digital servo. Awsome service. Thanks for the free neckstrap!(very comfortable)

Got this for my 401Gyro but it drift but putting it on my friends JR470T and it worked flawlessly held the nose very well... BUT!!! 2 days later the servo jammed and stuffed up so i sent it back... rather avoid it...
