what temp does it need to shrink? Could I made depron frame and heat around this film with hot air fan?

could you heat the frame without the covering film?
Also if you shrink this foil, I think you would crush your frame.
I do not see this working. Use sticky covering.

I covered a depron wing (Parkzone Radian) with this filme using medium temperature on a covering iron. If you handle carefully and with patience, it's possible to use it on depron.

Iam using this colour film and finding when you seal it down it leaves a very fine white line along the sealed edge .Has anybody found this when sealing down the edges.I have experimented with different temperatures with the same result.I can clean most of it off with methylated spirits but still leaves a very fine line .

Very happy with this covering it takes heaps of heat and shrinks and sticks great. Excellent value for money.

Sir yes I have had great results too. It is a bit tricky when putting film on film. Also after a while when it needs a touch with the heat gun you need to be careful on the film on film areas. Thanks nice to chat

NO, it won't work on foam - I've tried it. The foam warps or melts. It takes quite a bit of heat to shrink. 'Cotton'-setting ++ on a regular iron used for clothes. That being said, I love this film.

FWIW, the white and dark blue (113 & 107) stick well to balsa and plywood. But requires a hot iron. 2.5-2.75 out of 3 on my covering iron.

Yes it sticks to anything but you must use a high heat setting.

HI 106 is not Khaki, it looks like cub yellow, Khaki should be 112, is this correct.

dont be confused with the name - khaki, coz it's not khaki color. it looks like cub yellow. definitely looks good on my piper cub.

Awesome product, I just did my first covering job ever - the wing on my 1/5 Cub. It's strong, looks great & is easy to apply - this film must be idiot-proof ! Now I'm ordering more colors.

This film is comparible with others I have used that cost twice as much for less meters.
The colour 106 (khaki) is as others have noted, scale Cub Yellow. I ordered 2 rolls and received 1x7m and 1x3m
