I wonder if anyone has done any strength testing of these rods, suspending x amount of weight on a piece until it snaps. That might be helpful for builders to get an idea of what size is needed for a certain expected load amount in a wing, tail, etc. If no one has done that maybe I'll test a few and post it on the forums.
I did 5 spars with 10 of these tubes and I used them on a wing (130cm.) from pylon flying at 300km / h. no problem of torsion wing. For this application are very suitable.

I bought it thinking that the inside diameter was 3mm!!! In fact the internal diameter for this one is 4mm!!! HK should put again the inside diameter of all carbon fiber tubes!!! It will help many people!!! Only one star for the missing information that was here in the recent past! Please HK correct this in all carbon fiber tubes legend.
