I am looking for a 3 blade equivalent:
Can i use a 13x8 3-blade or must i use a 12x8 3-blade prop?

depends on the motor you use, each motor requires a type of propeller for each battery type. But if you use 12x8 with 3 blades, you can use 13x8.

I am using the hobbyking donkey 810kv on 3cell. So looking for more thrust and the look of a 3 blade. Just want to know can i use a 13x8 3 blade or must it be a 12x8 3 blade?

you must read on the motor istructions if you can put this propeller, you can use a 13x6 or 12x8

In general reduce the diameter by 1" when going from 2 blade to 3 blade. 3 blade are less efficient than 2 blade you need to use a watt meter to check the loading on the motor.

La qualité est parfaite, livrée avec 7 bagues d'adaptation : 3 3.2 4 5 6 6.35 7.95mm. Le poids me semble largement inférieur à celui annoncé (entre 70 et 80g), dommage que je n'ai pas de balance précise. Il ne reste plus qu'à la tester sur mon Extra 260 EP avec un SK35-48 900KV/805w et lipo 3s 3700mah !

Great prop quality with good blade design, 7 rings adaptater : 3 3.2 4 5 6 6.35 7.95mm. Light weight, under 95g (70 or 80g).
