Is the diameter of the screw 6 mm.?
 Mauro 17 points
Yeah, is the diameter. And 30mm is the longer.

Really good stuff.

6 mm is the outer diameter of the thread. The threaded length is 30 mm
 martin 3 points
escuse-me but does 6mm of diameter corresponds to an M6 nut?
 sanjayrai55 13 points
Yes. M6 is an Industry (Metric) Standard. You will find the outer diameter falls in 6 0/-0.1 mm. So you can use a M6 Metal or nylon/plastic nut

do they have threads to the end?
 chfet 82 points
I bought one, it is smooth at the end but attached well, some day ago i have a hard landing and one of these broken at the base, i guess was a manufacture defect because dont happened again.

These are great screws for my trainer aircraft. Use them as wing bolts. Strong and sturdy.

4 thumbs up!
These are a lot larger than 6mm, won't fit whatsoever. First time something is not what I ordered. Threw them away since there's no way I can ever use these. Too bad, lucky they were really cheap :o)

Will not order plastic screws from UH again, the others I ordered were also too large. And very soft so broke easily.

First time UH let me down. Oh well it was the only things in a $125 order that wasn't ok.
