I receive my Turnigy 400W charger and 2 Zippy 6S 20C 2650Mh and I try to charge one pack at 1C(2,7A)in balance mode I get a highr cell voltage error read:

C1:4,55V/C2:5,01V/C3:0,81V
C4:0,80V/
C5:5,01V/C6:4,59V

I can't charge or discharge this pack

The second pack got cell 1-2-3-4: 4,14V
cell 5: 4,20V and /cell 6: 3,94V

Bad pack? Dum charger? I got no clue

It's a USE dead pack he got a soldering iron mark on the power plug, they send me trash and I paid for EMS! They suppose to test and check every pack before shipping,It's to expensive to return this pack so thank you Hobby king....

If Im reading your figures correctly the first one is a bin job.

Somethings wrong with the second too, they should never arrive with such high voltage in each cell, they should be half charged about 3 volts, I think you got unlucky Ive ordered maybe 50 ocver the years and had about 2 or so bad ones.

Sometimes you get strange readings (<1v and >4v in adjacent cells) when the balance tap isn't connected well.

Had Exactly the same problem using cheap Accucell 6 charger. Charged everything else well but did not have the balls to charge this pack. Bought thunderpower charger and all was good. My advise is buy economy batts but dont skimp on charger, it will detect if the batt is s**** before its burnt your house down... my 2 cents

Maybe the 2" means X 2. That would be 2C?
 Chad 25 points
I know the description above says 2c but the sticker on the lipo I got said to never charge above 1c. Which is correct the manufacture sticker or hobby city site description?
 motogman 165 points
You can charge at 2C or even 3C if you like however this will reduce the Life of the pack somewhat. Even the new 2C polyquests and claimed 5C Hyperion packs say you will get more charges out of the pack keeping the rate at 1C

I just got 1 of these yesterday and I'm wondering the description says "Max Charge Rate(C) 2" the sticker on the battery I got says "NEVER charge above 1C." which is correct the sticker or the site description?

I got 3 for my Trex 500 ESP, I got about 15 cycles on those batteries, I compared them with my other pack and they are as good as other more expensive bat the internal resistance is the same. For a Trex 500 those pack is all you need for sure!

Awesome battery. Great for t-rex 500 esp. Fits perfect under canopy with no tray drop mods required. Wish it had EC3 or Deans connector though, as the connector it comes with is useless.

great battery. Fits the trex 500 well. Good head speed and lasts for 5:30 min flights.

Just wish it had deans connectors
