It was designed for F3A high performance of low profile, better precision movement and low electric impedance, the low profile servo is a great choice to move your retract gear in the realistic manner that you want it to.
This servo comes with JR/Hitec S Connector also known as a "Universal Connector". Even thought this servo comes with JR/Hitec S Connectors, this servo is electrically compatible with Futaba receivers.

These servos are a disaster! They are extremely noisy and vibrate randomly is this normal?

They are noisy and vibrate but I never had any issues with it on the elevator of my HET Super Sniper. I am using Futaba FASST.

One of the four I bought for my slope soarer has severe vibration if you move the wing up and down, I have been forced to remove all servos (how to thrust them on a fast sloper?) will use on smaller plane...

...in the last i became this servos. Working great, but unfortunaly the servos have alu gear. That is a little unhappily solved and does already have not proven themselves in the case of the Hitec HS-5125. The gear will be broken permanent when the landing is not sooo extrasmooth!

Strong & precision servo. Tends to increase gears windage with time but its electronics successfully compesates it. Good choise for big (> 2m) aileron/flap servo.

I have seen on servomances that performance of these servos is far below declared, can anybody confirm?

The picture says 13mm, but the tekst says 10mm.
looks like 10 and I hope also it is 10 of course :)

These need to be 6.4 MM or 1/4" wide to do there job correctly.

These servos have alot of potential (i bought 8) - but there are two major problems:

They only work intermitantly with Futaba 2.4ghz recievers. They only power-up some of the time. This is for both the analogue & digital versions. (tested on R6014 & R6008)

Secondly, I do not believe they have the rated power they claim when tested against other servos of similar power rating.

I would use alot of these if only they did what they said.

no load current very low 1-2 mA
very silent movement , and very good return to neutral position

i think this servo is more better than a hitec HS 5125! this is the best wingservo was i have bought. i have 8 piece and all work absolutly perfect. if i can i would give 10 stars.

Does not work with Futaba FASST receiver (R6008HS). Works only if the servo is connected after the receiver is turned on.

Seem to work well..

Quite noisey, just the usual digital servo "buzz"

Seem torquey, perfect centering and very little to zero slop.

Installed in a Ritewing Demon.
