Which battery CAN i use?
The original is Walkera Master CP Li-po Battery 11.1V 1000mAh 25C HM-Master CP-Z-27 or CAN i use more strong ?
Regards
Lincoln
i would not. as it is a brushed motor you can find a nano tech or zippy a lighter lipo and then yes but it needs to be within about 20 grams up or downand be sure to mark a center of gravity and you can use a bigger battery but only for normal flying. Not 3d if your doing 3d you need to use the recomended wieght for proper flight. hope this has helped happy flying.
i was thinkin 1150 or 1200 you really dont want to push past the strain level of what the servos and esc can pull. example: when you dive 3d and pull out last min theres a eccesive amount of wieght and torque you dont want to use a bigger battery than what that would equill. 1300 will probally take a little more gas to lift and thats going to strain the esc as well so if you use a 3 to 5amp ubec you can otherwise try 1150 or 1200 be sure to mark that cg before the change and make sure to get it to sit like that with the new battery. happy flying
Yes you can but you will just have to change plugs (you can put for example 4mm gold connector on the ESC and the battery). But You should buy two or three to fly 20-25 min. (or choose one with a bigger capacity like 1300 or 1500 but it will be heavier)
I use a 2200 mah battery in my floater and I get 25 minute flights. Plus I found that the plane balanced pefectly with the 2200 mah battery. Yes you can us it but you will greatly reduce your flying time.
Yes becouse if u don't balance full pack will have 12,4v after charging but single cell will not have equal voltage. And its simple way to overcharge some cell and destrou the package...
That the battery is not wired in series. 1p = 1 parallel as it stands with out anohter batter. 2p = 2 parallel. For most battery applications at the novice/intermediaite level you will be using 1p.
First, you must know these things about your battery: 1-the size. 2-the voltage. 3-the discharge rate.(Not so important, you can use battery that differ from yours in the discharge rate -5) If all these are the same with "Turnigy 1000mAh 3S 25C Lipo Pack" it can be used in your heli. Another thing may come in your mind "THE CAPACITY (1000mAh)" Do not wary because if the previous points are matched with your's then try to find battery with maximum mAh so you can fly more time. I hope thi
Yes, the work great in the Blade SR. I have been using them in mine for over a year now. I probably have 75 cycles on four of them with no issues. 8 minutes of flight time in stunt mode. Great batteries.
All lipos seem to be taking a long time to restock since more than a month ago. I wonder if the Tsunami in Japan may be affecting the supply chain? I read some factories making chemicals for Lipos were affected.
I am afraid that could take some time, because many, many people are waiting for these fine batteries. The best way is to set the email remember function and you will get an email as soon as the batteries are on stock again..
can I use this or other LiPo-s in my transmitter instead of 8AA batteries? the voltage is lower, amperage isn't really required by a transmitter... would it be ok?
If I were you I would use some type of protection circuit, if that asplodes in your transmitter, you can say good bye to it, and maybe your hand too...
you can use it but I think that it is better to use a battery with more capacity, I have installed on my radio a 2620 mAh battery (Rhino), see the dimensions of the battery in the product description www.link
I see in the reviews at least one person using this pack for 20A discharge. Is that safe with a JST plug and what appears to be 20AWG wire? I always thought JST plugs could only pass up to 10A, and 20AWG wire was limited to 8A or so. At 25-30C discharge, though, this battery is pushing 25-30A!
These are a little big for a trex 250,i do use them in my trex 250 but i had to put the canopy holes right at the end of the canopy to get it on. hope this helps

12 thumbs up!
Muito bem acabada e realmente da a descarga de 25C, o unico problema desta bateria e' a bitola do fio e o conector que estao fora de especificacao para tanta descarga.

8 thumbs up!
I charged and used it once, was fine. Then stored it for half year, and now it is swelled up on one side. My new charger won't even charge it the old one will, but I won't risk it. I like the soft wire on it, but not the rest.
