i ordered 2 of these for my hk500gt. i did do the battery tray mod and they fit like a charm.

in fact they flew my 500 so good i now ordered another 4 to put on my 600cf flybarless for a 12s setup!

Received mine today and fits perfekt in my HK500GT within default cockpit (red with clear window)without any mod or issue. Only thing is because you have to place it low in the nose, CG shifts a little to the front. Wich is a plus for me, balancing for my fpv stuff in the back. will buy another one

If you buy the "new shape" Fusino canopy it will fit without the battery tray mod! They're nice quality canopies too.

I waited to use these batteries for a while before rating them. After 15plus cycles I think these batteries are absolutely great at any price. I fly 5 minutes on my T500 with a 100pcnt TC, 13T pinion, and all stock electronics on my 500ESP. I don't know if my flying is 3D but I keep the blades loaded during most all of the flight doing tic tocs, hurricanes, flips, and stuff with very little hovering. There is no noticeable drop in power from start to end of the flight, ending voltage is 3.9 per cell, and all cells come back within .01 Volts. These 3000's produce LOTS of power. If there's any down side, they're a bit big and heavy but they fit under both of my T Rex 500 canopies, stock and Fusuno. The power they produce more than offsets the weight for my flying style. After flying these and the lighter Zippy 2650 30C's I think I'm going for 4 more of these right now strictly because of the power they produce. They're strong from start to finish.

very good lipo's, i use them on my T-rex 500 and they only get handwarm after 5min of 3D !(stock setup)

the balancer cables are from silicone and that's a big plus !

the balance of the heli gets a little bit off because of the weight but it gives a minute more flight time and if you let the battery tray drop about 5mm these lipo's fit perfectly between the chassis and brings the COG pretty back to normal.

Awesome pack for the Trex 500. Why by those "O"ther packs that cost $189 when these packs give more power and 1/3 the cost.
