Yes it does. Well at least the tail grips I got come with the thrust bearings. Set up is exactly like the T-rex 500 part number in the heading.

Yes it does have thrust bearings on the blade grips, however I believe I received a bad item because the blade grips are unbalanced or have different weights causing a huge vibration.

This is wery dangerous part!!!!! We hawe more experiance with breakage screw-bolt on grip M2 and total crash helicopter.

So this doesn't like like the part that will fix the tail bolt breakage. I already had two tail bolt failure on my HK500GT

I'm pretty sure it's the quality of the screws and not the part that causes that. I never trust kit screws in critical parts like this and always replace them and so far I've had no problems.
