yes this will solve the binding issue alone!!
same as if you buy an other swashplate brand.

Alloy must be milled, time consuming.
Nylon can be moulded. Initial mould cost is high, but per-unit cost is only a few cents. Depending on volumes produced, Nylon parts can cost 1~50cents per 'shot' to produce.

After checking my all metal swash plate just delivered I would like to ask you for discussing the way of fixing the bearing with your factory. I do not have a problem with the cosmetics of a 9 dollar swash plate. But fixing the bearing by indenting the outer swash ring is quite dangerous for the bearing itself. At least I got a sample with a bearing indented as well.

Therefore, I would like to ask for a reasonable minimum quality of your heli parts. Perhaps a swash plate for e.g. 12$ could show such a reasonable quality and would be still less expensive compared to other third party components.

Btw, I had and still have a lot of fun with your HK-450 (flying instead of simulator exercises). Both, the HK-T500 and perhaps the HK-GT500 as well, still need some development to get kits that can be build and flown "out of the box". Me, I am meanwhile deeply disappointed...
