Whats the diameter of the hole for the axis?

The hole diameter is 1.75 mm, but I drilled mine out for a larger dia. You can use .062 wire as is, but for a larger model I would recommend at least drilling out to a 1/8" hole, as axles are stronger this size. These tires are very firm, so use a flexible landing gear if possible.

The hole dia is 1.75 mm, I drilled out the hole for my nosegear(3mm) no problem. Or you can use .062 music wire for them without drilling.
