Kai this part is very weak - doubt it is Nylon. But I used the 0.3 mm carbon fiber sheet SKU: 360000001 and cut out this part. It is easy to cut the thihn carbon fiber sheet with a pair of sissors. And I used two of these. Very strong, much better than the original.

I read all about the things that could go wrong when first flying these autogyros, the thing that stood out was the need for a spare C30 head as these were prone to taking the bulk of all prangs. I duly ordered one prior to building my model as they were in stock. Imagine my dismay when it arrived before my kit, broken in transit.Emailed Hobbyking who are now looking into re-embursment or whatever they think is appropriate. Still waiting! waiting! waiting!

According to my experience the Spare Head Set in whole is not needed. The most interesting part – is flexible torsion bar. I make this detail from plastic office folder. Flexibility is not the same, but it is suitable. I have made a dozen flights, and no any problems. Good luck.

I have been replacing the PPP flexible plate with 1/32" Fibre Glass sheet to good effect.

i flown mine. Head response are loosey. It wont give response as you want. Screw the main nut as tight as you can. in my first fliet i broke head connection because of over reaction than i repair it and try again with expo now its fly good but its lossey final approach still too nervos.

It's got to be packed in a box because it's pre-assembled.
