The 1/18 truck already runs very fast at 2S. Better buy 2 x 2S-1300 battery for long runtime. At 3S the 1/18 is uncontrolable and you will break many parts because of the overload of power. Also 3S will take the CG higher which makes the car tip over in tight corners
Which car? Do you mean the 1/18 Brushless 4WD Stadium Truck? If yes, the 3S 2200mAh wont fit in. It is too big. This lipo above is already the maximum size for the car. If you want to look for bigger capacity lipo, you wont want to exceed the dimension of 93mm x 30mm x 14mm.
It's recommended to charge all lipoly at 1C. Some "new generation" lipos can be charged at 2C - read instructions. 5C is really high current. If you will not burn your battery, you will definitely shorten it's life a lot!

Am I right in thinking that the stock motor isn't brushless? If not, then you will need a brushless motor for the 100A esc. The battery should work fine with it though!
I just bought 2 x Turnigy 1300 mAh 2S 20C Lipo Pack.
I am very satisfied with this choice! They easily charge at 2c, the dont get warm and they put out the expected power. I would definitly recommend it for you :-)
You must use a lipo charger with balancer! Other loaders can be VERY dangerous! Just look in category "Battery Chargers".

I dont have a Losi , but I can say these are great batteries in my Stadium Truck , its running a 5500Kv motor pulling 14-16 A and these batteries hold up well , the motor gets warm before the battery , If the dimensions of this fit in your battery bay, its worth trying in my opinion .
Hopefully someone with a Losi will turn up and tell you otherwise if its not suited

T1300.2S.20A this battery i use in my mini assoiciated truggy just run time a little down nut ok i have tekin system so could be reason why mine draw so much
Ordered 4 of these to run in my 1/18th brushless stadium truck , perfect for the job , gives good consistant power across all batteries , and all of them take a min 1300mA when recharging. Cannot fault so far , big thumbs up !
I bought 2 of these for my RC18T and both would not work. When I plugged them in to charge them the charger read " connection break ".I checked the leads on my charger and tested the charger with another battery and it was not the problem. I returned the batteries to Japan and they credited my account $13. So I am out the original shipping charge and the money it took to ship them back to japan. The wires may have been pulled loose when they shipped them as they had them crammed into a box that looked to small. So I have to give them a negative 5 stars.
