I'm afraid this is a 540 size motor, then it won't fit your revo's stock motor mount. But it's possible to install 540 motors in the mini-revo, bu using the TenBol motor adapter
Could be a great 4s motor for a Wemotec Minifan or a 3s motor for the WM400 fan. But why is HK still rating those motors with max 7.4V? Seems to be senceless. Noone needs such a motor...must be a mistake. I hope so.
I don't think the motor can handle 4s, even if it do, the max amps is 58. a 70mm fan with a 4400kv motor the current would be more than 80A. for 4s and 70mm the kv should be 3200-3600. I believe that this motor can handle 3S.
My friend is using a HET 1w30 in a Minifan at 4s. It works at around 65A But you can reduce the trottle and fly with less amps. It works. 4s and 3600rpm is extremly lame. Sorry. We tested it.
Wilhelm, i can't figure that at myself about the 7.4 volt thing-I do know there are no advantages with lower voltages in terms of amperage as oppossed to higher voltage.
A free gift from HK for my car. Not the best motor in da world but if the price is right then could be the best.

great motor on 2s lipo running graupner 2318-29 prop in eco expert class boat called loony 500 currently winning southwest England championship 6minute race finishing one lap ahead of second place. put in boat as upgrade from ETTI 4100kv ,power nano tech 50c 5000mah lipo`s fitted water cooler to motor but don`t seem to get hot anyway thanks hobbyking supplied us a winning motor
