The Alpha Jet was developed jointly by Germany & France in the 1960s primarily for use as a trainer, although armed versions were also built. The Alpha went on to be used by several Airforces, particularly in Europe, this version is in the colours of the Asas De Portugal display team.

This 64mm Alpha Jet is made from tough EPO and requires minimal assembly as the 64mm fan & ESC/UBEC are all pre-fitted as are all servos. The colour scheme is distinctive and attractive and it will help with orientation and as this model runs a 4s set up, that is just as well, its quick! Full 4 channel control is great for air-display style routines and with a servo per elevator, this little Alpha is crisp. A nice feature is the servo operated bomb drop which adds to the fun.

Fun, tough, attractive, good size for transportation, easy to assemble, good flyer and fast, there isnt much more you could ask of this fantastic little jet!

Couple questions, 1. My plane came with 30amp ESC so manual says that I should use 3S lipo.. Will it be ok? Or should I use 4S? 2. My plane is perfectly cg balanced without battery but with battery, it is massively nose heavy. Any help for balancing this? I about 50 grams to tail to get this balanced..

i have put 8 flights through this jet and it flys really well with lots of power there is a but though.

there have been reports of wings coming off this jet in flight after using epoxy to secure them!! with this in mind i used three carbon rods to secure the root of the wing and hot glue. now the wing is solid and showing no signs that it will come off after 8 flights.

i also own the art tech alpha jet but this jet is better (so long as you secure the wing roots properly) it is faster, more powerful, and easier to see in the air. i hand launch mine and belly land and have had no problems so far.

in summary only buy this jet if you are prepared to add a couple of carbon spars through the fuse into the wings and only use hot glue, NO EPOXY !!!! with this done it beats the art tech in every way and i thoroughly recommend it

this is a very good jet but don't get it confused with the 70mm

this jet has dropping capability which is very useful however it does add weight and uses up a valuable channel, it says 5/6 channels but it is a 5 channel jet

Guter flieger, leider ist nach der 3 Landung der Metalldraht vom Fahrwerk gebrochen.
Wird jetzt ohne Fahrwerk geflogen.
Super Handstartverhalten.

Im Manual steht nichts davon, welche Funktion die Drähte haben.
(Welche Nummer welche Funktion > z.B. Nr.1 > Throttle)

Weiss jemand, wie die Zuordnung ist?

Für ein kurzses Feedback bin ich dankbar.
