I got these motors (PM19M-2400) for my Quadcopter. They have male connectors attached to the wires. What connector do i get to put on my speed controller to hook up to the motor?

hi all, I got 4 of these motors for a quadcopter. I build it, but one of my esc's and that motor got overheated somehow(?) and now it doesnt work anymore. Which motor would be a good substitude for this one so that i can still use the other 3? Im asking because i cant order this one in the netherlands, and dont want to wait another 2 weeks when i order this. Thanks guys
 Greg 1 points
You should only use the other 3 if you buy an exact replacement. Any other motor will have slightly different characteristics.

So the best motor for it is: 1 HK250-GT HK-250GT Electric Helicopter Kit (Alloy/CF w/ Blades)

How much mah should the lipo be for about 5 min flight time?
 Dave 1 points
As this motor takes about 8amps or 8000ma. Then for 5mins 8000/60 * 5 = 667maH approx.

and the most important spec : The motors are manufactured FROM A POLYAMIDE MATERIAL, making them extreamly lightweight, durable and inexpensive.

This is the motor that comes with the super mini quad HKing sells. After 2 weeks it arrived at my house with 4 of these motors out of the 4 1 of them was no good but I am impressed with the other 3. They are super light for the power With a 12A esc and a 6x5 e prop I put them to the test on 2s and 3s. Lots of power and they keep very cool. Only down side is they are not balanced very well. But I have already ordered more

I'm afraid I have nothing good to say about these motors. I'm sure in good working order, they're probably great but with the apparent lack of QC I continue to receive dud after dud. I originally received 4 of these motors in the quad kit. Of the 4, 3 were bad. Today (2months after initially placing my order) my 3 replacements arrived and, luck of the draw, I got another bad motor. At this point, it's not even worth the time or cost of shipping to send it back. How would one go about fixing this themselves? I've heard someone mention about bending the can back in place but how exactly would you do this? Thanks

I bought 4 of these and the plywood frame since the 535 frame kit had been out of stock for months. One of the motor had an internal short. The root cause is probably someone decided to cut the solder joint at the star winding common point short and capped with heat shrink. It ended up only 4 or 5 wires out of 15 were actually soldered together at the cut short joint. With only 1/5 of the copper in service, it quitted in mid throttle under load and smoked on further test. Wiring is shortcircuiting between 2 poles. All 4 motors came with shafts not fully inserted. And one has a very uneven rotor ring. Obviously we had some QC problem here. Not sure what kind of warranty I can get. It is too expensive to ship anything back for replacement.

I'm not sure if there is a wiring problem like the other reviewer mentioned. But I can be sure that 3 of my 4 motors failed. Now they run at 1/2 speed compared to the 4th good motor. The electric power is instead used to make them hot. When I took one apart I am certain 3 of the 10 tiny magnets are demagnetized completely. The heat is a symptom of the degmagnetized motor. But it could also be a cause of it? Not sure which came first. Certainly the motor will not run fast with 3 bad magnets. This happened within 30 days of my purchase. HobbyKing will you help me?
