The nano-core technology in lithium ion batteries is the application of nanometer conductive additives.
1) The nanometer conductive additives form ultrastrong electron-conducting networks in the electrodes which can increase electronic conductivity. 2) These additives create a superstrong ability for imbibition in the carrier liquid to supply more ion channels. This improves the ability of ion transmission and ion diffusion. Through improving electronic conductivity and ion transmission, the impedance is reduced and the polarization of high rate discharge decreases greatly.

I have run turnigy in my savage flux. i have also tried the 2s 35c. This will be good in the savage. You will need to brace the battery with foam so it doesn't slam around in the battery case. 20-25 minutes of run time.
This is perfect size without getting too big and causing a weight issue with the handeling. I realised that 5000mah is the highest that you would want to go, if you need more run time, get two rather than geting one big one that will make ur truck handel like a boat
According to the specs listed above, yes they will fit. Traxxas lists the battery tray dimensions as 156mm x 50mm x 29mm so you shouldn't have a problem. The wires appear to be 10g so you may need to modify the battery doors a bit to allow the large wire to pass though without being pinched. I just cut the fins out of the rear battery vents and run the wires through there. Keeps the wires safe using that method.
I'm using 25c 5000mah turnigy (non-nanos) in mine at the moment. These should be quite a bit stronger with the higher discharge rate. The standard batts I'm running will flip the truck on its lid if I give it a throttle blip at 50mph and can double back flip the truck off a 2' skateboard ramp. The nanos should be great, I will be ordering some next payday if they are still in stock.
very good for e-revo. I wouldnt even consider wanting more power or things will begin to break prematurly. Dont discharge the battery too low, it will damage the cells. Set your LVD on your esc to at least 3.2v per cell
They are great batteries. When i first plugged in one of my batteries to charged it the cells were off but after 3-4 balance charges the battery was fine. I use these in my 1/10 erevo and they are GREAT!!! They fit in it perfect. I would buy these again if i need more 3s batteries for it in the future.

I orderd two of theas for my E-MAXX and it flyes I reccumend this for the money it's worth it. The bad news is thay swell a little I dont think thay are suppost to do that.

Really good. Using this in a brushless powered rustler. Just dont drain the lipo to low, it will damage it beyond repair. Set your LVD on your esc to a high value, its not worth pushing the batterys too low.
