C-rating is a capacity value. The 40-90C rating for this battery is the discharge capability. Multiplying the C-rating by the mAh of the battery will tell you the maximum power it will provide. In this case, 40C X 1.3A (1,300mAh) = 52 Amps maximum continuous draw, or 90C X 1.3A = 117 Amps maximum peak. Hope this helps
Anybody knows the actual weight of this pack? The 1000mah I bought was 9g lighter than advertised. I'm going to use two of this in series and run it as 6S, like I did with the 1000mah. If it is much lighter than advertised plus the extra 10g or so I could remove, once I cut the extra wire, it'll be well within my weight limit..... Anybody?
Never mind, I ordered it anyways, and came in the mail today. So, to answer my own question, it weighs 116 grams, give or take .5 gram. With box included, 133 grams, give or take .5 gram.

Excellent, excellent battery. These things can be charged in less than 6 minutes if you have the charger to do it! My charger will only do 7A which is about 5.4C for this battery and it takes right at 10 minutes. I get a flight time of 12 minutes with the motor I use(around 20-25amps). Flies longer than it takes to charge. Incredible! They are a bit heavy tho due to the high discharge rate(I think) but still a great battery.

Overall I like the nanotechs alot. Lots of power. Lighter than other batteries. I have two of the 1300 45-90's, and they have maybe 2 dozen cycles on them. One is still working. The other battery has a cell that will not charge over 3.85v. So I like them, but am not thrilled with this quality control. I also have 2 of the 1600 mah 25-50's. They seem to give me more punch and are holding up well, but are a little heavier. I have had the best experiences with the 35-70c mixtured nano-techs. If they offer the 1300's in 35-70, I may buy a few of those.

Fast shipping and great batteries. Does not fit in my 1/16 e-revo but works great in my 1/10 onroad car. punch is great but for the not much run time. My fault for not checking the dimensions before ordering.

Good battery. For continuous operations is enough to buy 2 pieces. Charge their current 7 A for about 10 minutes. At high current can not my charger. I once accidentally forgot to disconnect the battery from the receiver, the battery is discharged to 3 volts! But after charging a small current, he recovered almost completely.

I love these batteries! I have bought a total of 5 now, and will probably buy more as I need them. I use them in a rock crawler, so they get quite a bit of abuse. High amp draws, vibration, impact shocks, and even get dumped on their head in a creek now and then. They have taken it all in stride. They charge fast, and balance easily.
