The Hobby Wing 120HV as well as any HV esc from Hobby King will work. It just depends on how many amps you plan to run. Make sure you leave a little head room, ie, if you plan on 80 amps go with 100 amps esc, etc.

I have been unable to find ESCs that can handel a 9cell setup. Any sugestions?

castle creations HV will handle up to 12cell. I have one on my edf L-39 90mm and it works very well.

What is proper charger for this 9S lipo?

I would use an Icharger Hobbyking sells them. They work very well.
