Don't get these for Multirotors! Horribly fragile and reduced lift!
.......Buy SKU: 017000058 These are the "Good" SF8045 Props.....They will match the colored props in lift/strength and durability.
Mine are quite good, since I don't have time to fly, I hardly break them anymore!
Thanks for the tip, I'll try some of those others with my next order.
Does anybody has experience with this props on heavy multirotors? I use a Y6 with 1200kV Motors, each Motor burns 80W for hovering. The Y6 has an all-up weight of 2,3kg. I lost my last Y6 as one blade broke in midair resulting in a bad crash. It seems to me that the prop could not handle the power. I am thinking of running the Y6 at 4s, as I only get 6 Minutes hovering time out of 5400mA * 3S but I am a little bit afraid the extra power will break the props even earlier. cheers
Do not use for Multirotors! I'm telling you from first hand experience....these props are nothing like the SF props that HK sells. I ordered 3 bags of these and 3 opposite for my Quad. I intended to use them in the back and use the colored props on the front. They do not match! These hubs are tiny/thin/brittle. The blades themselves flex a lot and do not produce as much lift as the SF props. These are super brittle too! They crack apart with the slightest hard landing. The "big hub" sf props are still good after cartwheeling it across my gravel driveway. Check out the pics.... Big hubs=big hub adaptors=strong/powerful
