Hey, are there wheels available for this plane?
 Marco 1 points
Not as a available equipment. But dont worry, the plane lands perfectly without a landing gear on almost every surface.

Can i use a 1300 mah20c 3s lipo in this plane?
 Markus 8 points
a 1300mAh 3s 20c lipo fits in with no problems just
 giosic 138 points
I have 2 of them ...perfect is 1000 on3s You change your esc with a 30 amps esc and put a 4s 850 or 1000 45c Nano tech and you will have a rocket !!!
 Fe Crystal 16 points
use 3s 850 hand launch it using 3/4 power flew up and experience torq roll ... why ???

this plane is fast but has bad habits High speed stall and tip stalls are common. Mine has wicked dons 3000kv/35amp esc on 4s 850. 118.5mph all day long. would fly over 120 with cleaner airframe like rare bear. Great looking bird but a handful to fly.

emiel I had to think twice about answering this. it is asked so many time. The trouble with going bigger is that it increase weight. These models as so finely tuned. I find a little increase in weight can alter her a lot. If you have the battery give it a go but if not well stay with what is REC. I REC you go 4s from 3s, as stated in the listing. (Note: For a truly Ballistic upgrade try the Turnigy nano-tech 850mAh 4S 45~90C Lipo Pack. See the related items below.). I hope this helps

Kellyann your opinion couldn't be more off base. My setup total weight was within 2.7grams of the recommend AUW. The pack I use is in fact the Nano-tech 850 4s. The plane fly's more stable with the tiny bit more on nose weight. Again this is a great plane with some bad habits.. still very happy with mine.

Eric M well if this is a FACT. Then let HK know. They can change the listing. Only us user can let HK know what works and what does not. But every one wish to put a bigger battery in this plane, but at some stage it has to be too much. that is all I was saying. Evey plane is a fine balance between weight, power and strength. If it was not the case we would make planes out of steel!!!

*Fe Crystal. Put in a 30A ESC and use a 4S 850mAh Nanotech battery. Launch at almost full power or give it full power and a good throw at 45°* or more this will go vertical no problem and if it rolls while going up it gives you time to think. Just make sure it doesn't get away from you. 3S should also be OK. I've not flow this FF, on a Rarebear you can use a 1300mAh, 4S. Check the CofG is correct and also check your tail is straight. A few mm out will badly effect the flight characteristics. I had to cut off and reglue the tail on my FF Sea Fury. Don't build them when you're tired after work. All these Fun Fighters seem to fly well, they are all broadly the same I've had the Mustang, Rearbear (x2), Sea Fury. Also the Corsair which after the disappointment of the poor canopy fit I really liked.

I use a 1300mAh, 4S battery on the Rarebear and Fury and I'm wondering if this is the better sized battery for this. I'm pondering getting one but I'll resist.

This pcket-fighter is just fun! :-) with light-weight components (4ch rx; 1000mAh S3) it climbs without limit. "Normal" flying with throttle "half" you can chase 10 min whatever is in the air ;-)

Mit der beste Funfighter (nach der Rarebear). Fliegt super.
