Batterys are fine but don't bother selection fast 24hr delivery, took 10 days!!! may as well ordered from HK warehouse, online help worse than useless, rubbish service.

I bought 4 of these batteries, three were fine but one came with a duff cell. after contacting the hk customer services they credited my account with the price of the battery so thumbs up for the support team. i then bought another one with the credit. when it came all cells seemed fine but the battery looks out of shape. it looks like it was bent or crushed slightly?? as the cells seem ok i'll give it the benefit of the doubt. so to sum up these are good batteries but i was not happy with two out of five of them, looks like quality control is not up to much.

in the past i have bought 5 of these batteries two of which were substandard. this time i ordered 1 battery. when it arrived cell 2 was showing 3.77v whereas the others were showing 3.83v. i decided to balance charge it. after one and a half hours all the other cells were charged but cell two was showing 3.98v! i have tried balancing the battery and charging it again to no avail. i have contacted hobbyking support who tell me this is normal voltage and to balance it again. 3.98v on a cell on a fully charged battery is NOT normal. the battery is unusable. steer well clear!!!!
ordered two. both balanced and work perfectly. top stuff HK UK. now all we need is for the uk warehouse to use the royal mail for all little bits. one servo at 33g costs 6 bucks with parcel force totally ripped off for shipping when these two giant lipos cost the same!!! work that one out.
