Yes, I have done this myself! They work nicely, however they are heavy.
With that being said, they're almost impossible to break. I've found they're awesome starter props. I have crashed my quad from 15ft with these, in a straight nose dive, and my quad just stuck out of the lawn like a lawn dart, no damage to the props (the motors however didn't like the crash much).
Just remember they are heavy, consider using a lighter prop down the road to save on battery life .
I'm using this prop in my 8 foot predator MQ9 build. I have everything to build the plane but another online vendor didn't send me proper mounting screws for the T500 raiden motor, now I'm stuck.. Do you guys carry the correct size phillips flathead machine screws to mount the T500 motor to the X bracket? Thanks.
