BMS-820DMG+HS High Performance Digital Metal Gear 9.2kg/.09sec/45g
BMS-820DMG+HS High Performance Digital Servo (Metal Gear) 9.2kg / .09sec / 45g
With an integral heat-sink, these servos are designed for the demands of competition racing, keeping the motor cool even when the outside temperature is hot and the servo is being overused. With a heavy duty rubber-sealed waterproof case and high-strength horn set, this servo is perfect for high-performance R/C car applications. And the output splines are compatible with aftermarket 25 tooth Futaba horns. The servo will automatically learn the users transmitter pulse timings and lock into the signal every time. The servo also includes a signal buffer in the CPU with fail-safe functionality. The motor is wound with 2PEW thin coated wire for better electrical conductivity and is able to withstand high temperature without degradation. The servo comes with an accessory package and the universal JR/Hitec "S" Connector which is physically and electrically compatible with all major receiver brands sold worldwide.

Weight: 45g / 1.60oz Dimensions: 40.5 x 20 x 37 mm / 1.60 x 0.78 x 1.52 inch Torque At 4.8V: 9.2kg/cm , 130 oz/in Torque At 6.0V: 10.6kg/cm , 142 oz/in Speed At 4.8V: 0.11 sec / 60° at no load Speed At 6.0V: 0.09 sec / 60° at no load
ATTENTION These high performance servos are very strong and have a coreless high torque motor that requires a STRONG power source. Many ESCs inbuilt BEC cannot handle such current, and will shut down the Rx. We advise customers to use an external UBEC when using this servo.

Hi I bought two units of this servo for use in a gimbal with NAZA, bought a UBEC since I read the warnings that were recommended, but I wonder if a single UBEC would be enough for both servos and what would be the right way to connect them.

I have two servos with the same problem, after having worked well for a time, was marred and the problem is the same, when it comes to not center position but remains trembling, this happens in any position and the mechanical part is okay.
Did someone you know has happened and what is the problem?
I have the same problem now I have cancelled the order and paypal is stil going to pay them. So Im trying to contact hk but sofar no reply
i think it wil be ok because the give a good service
All of the electronics from Asian country's are hit or miss. It is not that the work force is not talented, it is the fact that the management of these company's are all about quantity not quality. It is always worth a shot to get one and try it out.
They're not working well with my futaba fasst 617fs recievers. They appear to cut out and feed back on the reciever making it shutdown. They get quite hot after 20-30 seconds of use. They're unusable for me.
Mmmm, I tried the BMS 620/630/660/706DMG on a gws rx just to test them and they seemed to feedback a bit onto the rx. I plugged them into a $pektrum ar7000 and they're all spot on. If you can try on another Rx, possibly JR and see what happens. Friend of mine had problems with JR servos on Futaba Rx, will verify if Rx or servo is at fault Dave
I have absolute no problems withe the BMS-820DMG. I use it in a 1/8 scale nitro offroad car and this means real stress for the servo. The centering is fine and it do not slow down before it reach the endpoint. The speed is fast as form my DS1015 servo and this ist a standard for nitro cars, but 3 times more expensive.

2 thumbs up!
Bought 2 of these for the ailerons of my Inspire 60. They are big and heavy, just what I like. They are very powerfull but not super fast (far enough for planes, but I won't install them on a .90 size heli). They center precisely and resolution is very very good. I have first to test them in flight, but I may install 6 of them in a 2.20m 50cc Yak54 soon.

das servo finde ich sehr gut: die stellkraft stimmt laut der angabe, die stellzeit ist langsamer als auf der homepage angegeben alle servos laufen synchron, kein getriebespiel vorhanden.

plus Servo had a lot of power, - also it is not so fast, i think 0,12-0,14@ 6V. plus For a metalgear servo a very small tolerance of Gearbox. plus Good resolution. Tested with Spektrum AR7000 on Trex 700.

I had the same problem as the previous poster. The problem was a bad receiver battery(6 V). When I changed to new one, the servo worked well.
