This tiny Sabre is amazing, EPO foam combined with it's featherweight stats means it will be very forgiving of the odd less than 100% landing. The 35mm Fan Unit & ESC are pre-installed as are the aileron and elevator servo's, the model comes in 1 piece so all you have to do when it arrives is connect the control rods. The supplied 4 Channel 2.4ghz Transmitter is pre-bound to the pre-fitted micro RX to speed up set up time, the transmitter features servo reverse and trims for each channel.
The box the model arrives in is really handy for not only transporting the model to prevent hanger rash but the spare pockets in the packing foam are ideal for carrying spare Lipoly's and you will have so much fun with this, I would carry a few! The supplied charger will operate from a 12v supply and charges through the JST-XH balance lead. All you need now is a flying buddy armed with the Micro Mig 15 for a tennis court dogfight!
Specs: Wing Span: 386mm Length: 380mm Flying Weight: 100g EDF: 35mm with 9000kv Brushless Outrunner Motor ESC: 6A w/BEC Servo: 2 x 2g

As far as I know, no guaranteed radio system works with the stock one. Recommend better system to save your airplanes in the long run. hope this helps!
hi everyone, i was just wondering what is the difference between the airplane saying its mode 1, and mode 2. if someone could please answer this question that would be great. thank you
Mode 2:
Throttle and rudder on the left
Ailerons and elevator on the right
Mode 1:
I think it's throttle and ailerons on the right and elevator and rudder on the left. :)
Can i use this battery Rhino 1550mAh 2S 7.4v 20C Lipoly Pack?

i have a f86 sabre 4ch transmitter that come with the plane and didnt have a bind button???? i know this is dumb but can i bind it with this micro orangerx receiver?....please help. i dont want to buy another transmitter...
hnguyen, you cannot bind the transmitter with orange rx..orange rx is DSM2 and can bind only with $pektrum and JR transmitters..i wonder why is it did not works, its binded already..right out of the box?
Louis well it is like this they seem to keep on going. I charged a 2200mAh on mine but it took a long time (about 5 hours) and got rather hot. Also remember you must not leave them unattended.
This is my third RC plane, and even after 4hours of attempts and re-adjustments to the control surfaces I cannot seem to get it aloft. The plane always seems to run out of power. When tossed at full throttle it keeps slowing down and wont gain altitude. I've pulled the fan and motor to check for anything wrong, and found no issues with it. Has anyone else had this issue? Its sitting here with 3 batteries begging to get airborne :(
mike i have the same plane also..try to remove the tanks it will add a load to the wings and because it has a small wing area it cannot carry the drag thats is being created by the tanks unless you upgrade the unit.
Its a difference in the function of the control sticks. (google "RC modes") I pulled my controller apart and swapped the plugs for the throttle and elevator sticks as well as the centering spring from the left to right stick. If your good with taking things apart it would take less than 15mins.
Hi HK, great little jet. Are the servo and ESC plugs mini JST? If so, the RX can easily replaced be a small $pektrum RX, and the toy RX/TX can be repaced. Will you offer a version without such a toy RX/TX? Will bring the shipping weight < 1 kg
i wonder why they are not the same with mig, mig is slightly larger and has dual servo ailerons on the ends of the wings, wich is a better scheme, i wonder why they made it differently
If you want a larger one, there is one with 1400mm and probably also some between. I think it was the aim of this plane to be as tini as possible.
Why dual servo ailerons on the ends of the wings?
1. one servo is strong enough
2. rollrate will be far enough (speedmodels haven't ailerons on the ends either)
3. one servo is half as light as two
4. there won't be any need for flaps
awesome little plane, but I must be doing something wrong...I'm using the Rhino 2S 360mah packs fully charged and the cog is spot on, but tossing it hard at 80pcnt-100pcnt throttle I can't seem to get it "on plane" and it aventually drops. I'm concerned about the elevator servo body, that hangs down quite a ways into the thrust tube and may be causing turbulence. At full throttle it feels like a 900 watt blow dryer, so it seems like it should fly easier...I must be overlooking something; I've tweaked all control surfaces both ways and can't seem to get the perfect "sweet spot" Anyway, 10 stars for looks, price, and overall value...I'm looking forward to figuring it out.

Excellent looking plane. Really good quality.
Only issue I had was that I could not get it off the ground. I had to remove the bombs at the bottom of the wings, then I was able to. But, you need to take off at 100pcnt throttle, and then give it a hard hand launch into the wind. Once you have speed and any wind, it is the only thing that will keep it in the air.
It is also a very fast plane. Not for beginners.
Had a few crashes in a park and plane held up well.
