Very quick build and great quality! Fast flier with stock engine/esc, with my set up with dji nasa-m, flies 85-90km/h in atti mode! So upsvept arms are no bad idea!nice combo comes with propellers but not the usb cables that the video says that comes with !!!! anyways the naza doesn't need the usb plug to be on the frame, its on the led already one thing that i noticed was the pids are not the same as the 450 its not as stable, it wobbles more and its not as simple to adjust the gains I've seen videos were people place the battery on top! maybe thatss it or the esc and motors are not as good does anyone has pids to share? i have the remote gain assign to my futaba but on my 450 it worked perfect with a simple knob increase or decreaseVery good hexacopter. Very well made. Motors are great, ESC's are great. Qaulity is great. The upswept arms are better then the DJI arms. More stable and they are very stiff arms with carbon rod in them. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS!! I have a naza lite flashed with V2 firmware to go in. 5/5.This is a very nice take on the DJI flamewheel. However, the arms are reinforced with Carbon Tubes. The lower frame piece acts as power distribution with plenty of solder contacts for the motors and accessories. Plenty of fasteners are included and the instructions are decent enough for the mechanically inclined. There's just enough space between the frame pieces to mount a flight controller, video transmitter and data radio. The flybars are nice and give you flexibility in how you mount your battery, receiver and camera system. The frame has enough power to comfortably lift a lightweight gymbal like the Tarot and a gopro.
Be advised that the ESCs provided in this kit - EMAX BLHeli Optos, do NOT work with HKPilot32 flight controllers or other Pixhawk based controllers. I purchased one, ran through the setup in Mission Control and tested it. The flight controller signal is not compatible for some reason. This is apparently a known issue with emax ESCs. You can research it on DIY Drones. There is a work around but it involves desoldering resistors from the ESC PCB. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, order different ESCs if you plan to use Pixhawk (and you should). Otherwise, this is a nice, quality build frame.
