Motor does not run properly with that ESC. When pushing the stick, the engine does not run off properly. it runs off slightly then stops run off again and so on.

Got this just as a spare, really as i normaly use castle.

any way it is quite good.

i have now bought a 80 amp hv.

i would say to get one but make sure you buy the programming box pulled over 60 amps did not even get warm

I Bought this item as I bought the larger capacity ESC which was great, however this one did not work at all, so I tested another ESC on the plane and that worked fine. and that left me with a dead ESC. unhappy bunny!! some times you just get a dud, the price is also different from the other warehouses the UK is more expensive as usual. Would! I Buy another one? Yes I more than likely would as this is the first bad one I have had.

I just hooked this up to my already operating system in my T-34 and it managed to fry every servo and the receiver. After the smoke cleared, I unplugged the motor leads and attached the ESC to a new receiver. This time I used a smaller 3S battery to power things up (previously I used a 5S battery) and the system seemed to work. I rigged up a connector to read the BEC output with my multimeter and found that it was delivering a full 12 volts to the receiver. When the 5S battery is connected, the BEC delivered the full 23 volts to the receiver and any servos attached to it. Hence the smoke. If you buy one of these, please check the BEC voltage first before you cook your entire aircraft system! It is probably wise to bench test all of your components before placing them into an operating system.

Habe zwei von den Reglern im Einsatz, einen in meiner Funcub und einen in einer Charter.
In der Funcub habe ich ber die Funke eine Gaskurve Programmiert, da er dort sehr rau geregelt hat (Motor ist ein EMAX GT2820/07, 4s, APC-E 12x6).
Fr den Preis absolut in Ordnung!

Using in the Durafly vampire with the original 5 blade fan (in CS 10 blade housing) and HK 2839 2800kv DF motor with a Zippy compact 3300mah 40c LiPo. Can pull well over 40A with his setup but ESC stays cool and just sits in the bottom above the cheater holes. 100 percent reliable so far with perfect contol.

If youcan keep this ESC outside the plane it will never heat up as the heat sink works very well.I recommend this unit.
