I tested this motor on my ArtTech Wing Tiger which is same HobbyKing Club Trainer.This motor is really excellent.I used 9x6E APC propeller and 60A esc.My motor that I bought from hobbyking is faulty.Because, Actually this motor is 420w.On the other hand, my motor is maximum 330w.Despite that, My Wing Tiger has been really powerful.I was flying yesterday at half throotle.Also motor consumes 30A maximum.I don't recommend this motor with bigger than 9'' propeller.You can use maximum 9'' propeller.I'm very happy with this motor.I suggest everybody.

Absolut geniale Motoren, benutze vier davon fr einen quadrocopter und bei dem Preis Leistungsverhltnis absolut unschlagbar! Kann ich nur jedem weiter empfehlen.
PS benutze 10x4.5 prophezeit, ist aber noch Luft nach oben!

Great engine. I used a Zippy Compact 2.200mAh battery with a propeller 10x4,7 SF consumed 25A pulling 1.2kg. Motor little warm.

Super little motor to use in the Yak55 EPP...a little power house...ive tried a few motors for this (park480 etc) nothing comes close

Using on the EPP yak 55 profile plane...its a little power house! i had been using the HK park 480 but swapped to this...will order a second one when it comes back in stock

I use this Motor with an 1100mm EPP 3D plane, 780g AUW, 1300-1500mAh 35C-45C Nanotech 3S Lipos and a SF 10X4,7 Prop. This Motor has an awesome vertivcal Power but beware he has a big maximum current draw of 45 Amperes with full pre warmed Lipo with this setup. So do not use an ESC under 40A when flying 3D and Lipos under 30C. I give maximum 8 Sec full throttle and the Motor stays cool (6 degrees Celsius outsid..must check Tempersture in Summer ): Ialso tried 11x4,7 Propeleler but did not fly with it. Current draw is about 55A!

Using to power a 3 meter RES Mirage sailplane weighing 41 oz (1150 grams).
With 3s LiPo and 9-5 prop, draws 30.9 amps, 354 watts. Lots of power giving steep fast climbouts.
Very smooth high quality motor with many flights on it. Lots of power for its weight and I like not having to reverse the shaft for in front of firewall mounting.
With a 10-6 prop: 470 watts, 41.7 amps.
With a 9-6 prop: 416 watts, 36.1 amps.
But I am only using a 9-5 prop because I do not need this much power.
