The HobbyKing 3A Single Cell Brushed Motor Speed Controller is designed for single lithium battery driven micro RC model applications. It is extremely light and is the perfect choice for indoor ultra micro airplane and helicopters. Due to the continuous 3A current capability, it is the perfect choice of wide range brushed motors. The ESC also features built in battery low voltage cut-off and high throttle start up protection, to ensure the safe operation. There is no integrated BEC circuit as this ESC works with a single cell Lipoly, RX power is therefore supplied at 1s voltage.

bon petit esc sur un mini avion de 30grs
en 1sPerfecto! Works well!Should have heeded the warning. Bought first one which proved faulty as it cut off motor with almost fully charged battery. I know of HK's reputation for returns so I just tried again hoping to get lucky. Nope! same problem with the second one. Who else sells this type of ESC? Don't see them for sale anywhere. Out some cash and a lot of time.le mien ne marche pas !!!! la soudure du signal etait soudée avec le plus il a pas aimé sans douteawesome little speedy, set it up for rssi to convert from dig to analog for ezuhf to cyclops storm osd.Low Voltage Cutoff is set above 4.0 volts which makes this useless as a 1S (1 cell) speed controller. I asked for a refund but I doubt that HK will give one. Overall it is a complete waste of money.Great little ESC that I've used in my indoor Shackleton, Lancaster, Hurricain and BN2 IslanderThe motor is driven by a PWM frequency with a period of about 235us (the frequency is 4.255kHz). The minimum power width pulse is about 50us (the PPM signal width pulse is about 1200us). Full throttle power is delivered with a PPM signal width pulse of 2000us.
It's a pity that the ESC cannot deliver a PWM widht pulse lower than 50us.Rate actually ZERO crowns....
I have tried 4 of these BR3A esc's......all Faulty.
5 hours of Live Support from HK Product Specialists, they still do not work.
After help from another source, we find that the 0.510 ohm (1/2 ohm) labeled resistor, actually measures 510 ohms. 1000 times more resistance, big difference.
Until HK gets this defective batch of esc's out of their system, DO NOT buy.
Minr works fine but only over 4,3 Volts. That's a bit triky for 1S operation .. !! Might be faulty, or does anyone know how tot disengage the LVC?
