Awsome battery! Bought 4 of these 16K mah's. 2 in series paralleled together. Im getting crazy ass range on my 1000W 48V ebike - 80 km to be exact with almost no pedaling... 80 bucks a peice is a steal really...
Fraction of the cost of overpriced ebike batteries. Very lightweight considering how much energy they pack (nerver again SLA omg). Yes, there's fire risk and they are not ment for ebikes...but if taken care of responsibly its no problem. With proper care and not to much abuse these should last 400-500 charges i hope... Time will tell about quality i really hope they work for a couple of years...On an Aromas Robotics Hexa, provides 35 minutes on station with decent reserves.
During prototype testing (Over 154 flights of 30 min) we averaged 7800mah consumed (Seems to improve with the first 15 flights)

Well I didn't buy these for RC hobby. I bought 2 of these these for my 1000 watt 48 volt electric bike to replace my 15kg 48 volt lead acid battery monstrosities!!! that came with the e-bike conversion kit.
Although I cant comment on multi rotor performance I can say that they work brilliantly for my e-bike. I did 6 miles on the bike and I wasn't going soft on the throttle and was peddling a bit but not too hard, and it only used 25pcnt of the batteries capacities and I was doing 30mph easily!. They look good and with even 2 of these, knocked 10 kilos off my current battery setup, furthermore, the power increase in terms of acceleration is awesome!! They pack a punch. The quality of the connectors and balance leads is good and they appear to be well constructed, furthermore they look cool!!
After test running the batteries for 6 miles they were only luke warm! I was very surprised considering the motor was pulling a combined weight of 110 KG's (me Bicycle batteries etc) up hills at 30 mph. They are beast batteries that weigh nothing considering there capacity!!Mein absoluter Lieblings Akku, egal ob zum fliegen an 12s, als Energiespender fr mein Ladegert an 6s3p oder in meinem Boot mit 12s3p, da hat man immer genug Energie zu Verfgung. Bis 180 Ampere habe ich schon ohne Schaden auch lnger als 30 Sekunden gezogen und meist braucht man eh deutlich unter 100 Ampere. Bei mir sind sie zum Ersatz meiner alten Zippy 4500 mit 45C als 2P Packs gedacht gewesen und 9000mAh zu jetzt 16.000 mAh sind schon eine Hausnummer und meinem 3m Schleppflugzeug sind die 800 Gramm mehr Gewicht nun wirklich egal, meine Flugzeit hat sich aber fast verdoppelt und somit auch meine mglichen Schleppfge mit Seglern bis zu 6m Spannweite hinten dran.If you can actually get these, they are such great value.
Been running them down to about 25pcnt remaining on my eBike 5 times a week and they stay well balance (I bulk charge and balance once every 2 weeks. Pulling about 14-15 amps I have less than 2v drop so I am happy with that.Using in a DJI S900 with Dys 3 axis Gimbal carrying a Nex5 camera and supporting gear. Im getting 20 Min flight time and landing at 21.5 volts while in flight. Pack took back 12,000Mah charge after flight. Also using the 10,000 mah version and getting 13 minutes safely with same setup. No problems yet!Im using two of these in parallel config on my big D-130 X8 Multirotor.
I get 30 minutes of flying time with 12 Kg TOW :)
LiPos are not getting warm at all and seems to be a very great value for money.
These work great.
I got 2 and the were all nicely balanced on arrival and the cells seem well matched.
I use 2 in serial on my Ebike so only 15A discharge (soldered on xt60 as they are more compatible) they don't even hint at getting warm.
I missed them last time but I see they already sold out in a week this time, get them when you can! :)Bought 4 of these batteries in total and 2 went bad inside of 5 charge cycles. Both of witch having a cell die. Hobbyking would NOT warranty their crappy batteries. I've spent thousands with this company and they treated me like crap when it came time for them to step up to the plate. Thanks for nothing!!!
DON'T BUY THESE BATTERIES. YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!have 4 of them. Fly them in an 2,7m Edge 540 with 14 kg on 12s.....15 Minutes in F3A style. I think that is more than only ok. After 20 times loading, the balancing is ok. Normal discharging in that Plane is with 50-60 Ampere and in the Topp it will going up to 160 Ampere.
