NTM Prop Drive motors are rock-solid performance outrunners with tight windings, quality bearings, correctly rated magnets, balanced motor bell and flux rings, tool-steel shafts plus they are QC checked at 14 points, from material processing all the way through to final dyno test.
Because we design and build these motors completely in-house (from 3D/2D drawing to materials sourcing, machining, balancing, final assembly and dyno) we can completely control production and ensure product consistency from design right through to shipping the product to you. Bought 2 of them, the 1st one grilled after its first 3 minutes of flight! During that flight i never went over 55 amps: https://youtu.be/MEwWMDU9KVU wanted to install the 2nd one i bought, problem pin axle was loose, tried to screw it, then i realised than the screw thread itself was broken! What a shame to sell and promote this kind of crap! I almost crashed an rc plane with 800€ worth of equipment because of this motor, you shouldn't sell those!As with all my ntm motors, it looks good, the magnets feel tight, I bought this motor to replace an unavailable 840kv motor, which has since come off back order, so into the "spare" motor box it goes, for another project, another day...If you need a little more power to get your plane racing across the sky then look no further than this highly tuned and precisely engineered NTM motor .. capable of 900W power output this is my choice for planes up to 2kg in weight .. highly recommendedI had great expectation in this Motor. Unfortunately very disappointed. The engine pin got loose every second battery. And this not even running on a 8x8. Just an 8x6 on a 4S pulled the thing apart. There is no possibility to tight the screw so hard that it will not get loos again.
So in theory cool. Practice... probably I got a "Monday" fabric. or wrong construction.So far a tough little motor.

I just hope that it doesn't fly apart like the Turnigy SK3 its replacing.Top Motor fr den Invictus EF-1Prop test data not correct, I ran this motor with 8x8 prop 3s 3500mah 45c 42A 520w peak stable at 480w. 8x8 prop 4s 3500mah 59A peak 849w stable at 780w. The motor itself didn't balance good and cause too much vibration (run test without prop adapter) and magnet felt off position and set screw got loosen, I suggest open the motor and glue the magnet before you running it.I ahd to have one of these because I'll be building a club racer soon!Seems like a nice little motor and goes very well but i was a little frustrated to find that it doesn't actually fit the Invictus EF-1 racer that it's specifically designed for. The cross mount is far too large to fit the mounting plate on the Invictus and when you do get a smaller cross mount you then find that the motor length is too short for the cowl so you need 6mm spacers behind the mount (so buy some spacers!)
