A great high-precision device for SBUS-PPM-PWM signal conversion. Signal converter has been designed to allow the user to convert an input PWM signal into a corresponding PPM signal and SBUS PPM signal output or alternatively convert the input SBUS signal into a corresponding PPM signal and PWM signal output.
Input signal is automatically recognized and switches signal in the right direction.

Excellent little piece. Used this to reduce the cabling on an Inside F5J glider, where it was built into the middle of the 6-servo wing, necessitating only one cable to go into the fuselage. No Manual is included, but it's pretty self-explanatory. Futaba users: make sure you connect it to an SBUS channel, not an SBUS2 channel. We've witnessed some servo jitter ("hiccups") with one of the three Units we purchased when used with a Futaba R7008 Receiver, but only on one of the unit's channels. Plugged the servo into another channel and all went well.WORKS ON DJI D-BUS TOO!! FOR YOU FELLAS THAT USE LIGHTBRIDGE 1 WITH WOOKONG OR NAZA AND DONT HAVE FREE CHANNELS TO USE YOUR GIMBAL CONTROL AND SHUTTER!!BIG CORRECTION PREVIOUS POST. THE UNIT DOES DO PPM TO PWM.
The conversions are thus:
PPM in (Blue LED flashing once in short intervals) you get S-Bus out(ch10) and PWM out
PWM in (Blue LED flashing twice in short intervals) you get S-Bus out(ch10) and PPM out(ch9)
S-Bus in (Blue LED flashing three times in short intervals) you get PPM out(ch10) and PWM out
The red LED OFF means the units PWM outputs are Ch1 to 8. The red LED ON means the units PWM outputs are Ch9 to 16. To toggle the red LED - hold down on the units tiny switch while applying power.
This unit works great.
Great for converting S-Bus to PWM. Up to 16 channels. Disappointing to find it does not convert PPM to PWM. No instructions with the unit.
So here is a brief rundown on what the LEDs mean.
Red LED on means PWM is channels 9-16. Red LED off means PWM is channels 1-8. To switch the red LED on or off, you power up the unit while holding down the units tiny switch. Solid blue LED means no signal. Blue LED flashing twice in short intervals means PWM to S-Bus/PPM conversion. Blue LED flashing three times in short intervals means S-Bus to PWM conversion.
