The fuselage is made from light yet strong blown nylon which can sustain heavy impacts without breaking or deforming.
The kit comes without electronics and requires a 28 size brushless outrunner around 1800~2200kv, 30A ESC & 9g servos to complete the assembly. The assembly time is around 1 hour, you just need to screw in the tail piece and put all the electronics into place and you will be ready to fly.

Canopy has enough space for the installation of FPV system!

Buy with high hope it should be another easy flyer with strong fuslage for beginer. Wrong. She is too heavy; 682g without battery and tail heavy. Use 7x4 propeller, 1100kv, 1300mA 3C. It fly like the real SkyArrow plane, could fly slow but not fast. Very long take off but could do very slow and short landing.

Only fly stable in a small range of throttle, Ailerons not effective, has to use rudder all the time. Overall not so forgiveness as a beginer plane. Beginer should avoid.

1. My wing already snap and make the plane crash. The wood for this wing break.
2. Nose wheel too short make nose plane are more down. It make it difficult to take off because it have down force.

This plane arrived a few weeks back on my doorstep (from the german warehouse). Shipping was good: fast and double boxed. The plane itself looks like what you paid for. The wing is actually old school polystyrene bubble foam, skinned with 2mm finer depron-like foam. There is a small plywood spar in the wing root and that is all. I did not want to take my chances and embedded two carbon fibre rods (1.5mm) in the top and bottom, it feels much stiffer now. The wing is held on with elastic bands (two thinnies supplied) and seats the fuselage a bit wobbly.
The fuselage is made of blown nylon, this feels like a soda bottle: a bit flimsy. It is strong, but tears easily: on my first flight I landed in tall grass, which tore out the front wheel. This part is constructed from heavy steel wire but held together with some plastic and 3mm plywood. The front landing gear is also too short: you will have to make a very long run, only when you are up to speed will the nose pop up and put you in a steep ascent: stall warning!
It has quite some room inside, but you will have to move your 2200 mAH lipo all the way into the nose to get it to balance. The supplied battery tray is too much aft for balance. The translucent brown canopy has not been cut to fit, just cut it on the lines/ridges. It is a mystery to me though how they planned to mount it on the fuselage while still allowing you to change

Using this for FPV and had about 10 flights with it kitted out with Eagletree OSD and Hobbyking camera and transmitter at 2.4GHz.

The plane handles ok - mix some rudder in for the turns and use less aileron for better turns otherwise the wings pitch and the plane loses altitude. It suffers from some sideslip but thats no issue. The fuselasge is plastic and nothing sticks to it - not even the decals I had to use cyno on everything. Nose wheel broke after a few landings on a grass runway so I changed the undercarriage to tail dragger - much better and more robost. Running an Axi 2226 at 150watts which is plenty for this plane and get 60mph out of it. It does not glide very well with the FPV weight. Overall a good plane - pretty ugly but tough and functional.

I've flown it for the first time today, it was on a muddy field. I did not connect the nose wheel linkage to the rudder servo, because I was afraid it would get stuck during flight. The wheels are too small to take off from grass, so I had to hand launch it. But because the main gear was in the way of my hand, I had to hold it behind the CG. So it nearly crashed during launch, but after that it flew reasonably well. This plane cannot fly against the wind very well, meaning that it's max. airspeed is very low. This means that it is very unaerodynamical. I use the same power setup as on the Clouds Fly, a 2200kV motor, 3S 2200mAh, 6x5 prop (200Watt static) 700g static thrust. I am planning on trying out a 4S 3000mAh setup.

The stabilo is not even made to look like an air foil, it is simply a "planc". There is only a very small carbon rod in the wings. You probably shouldn't try aerobatics...

On a more positive note, it has A LOT of space in the fuselage. You could easily fit electronics in for a DIY autopilot. If you are going to use this for FPV, you have to fly it like an old wooden glider: do not fly downwind of the airstrip!

I haven't been able to fly it yet, but the quality of the materials is quite poor. I also own an AXN Clouds Fly, wich is of much better quality. The wings are made out of a very low quality foam, not the same as EPP.

This plane is not suitable for beginners.
