They are big enough for a servo plug to go through and seem to do the job just fine

If you want to avoid those nasty glitches just wrap the esc throttle cable around one of these and problem solved.

i got these ferrite rings for diy lc filters for my fpv system. if you want to do a real good job, use one of the online calculators to calculate how many windings you need. really easy to use. add a capacitor for extra smooth filtering. real cheap and high quality filter. make sure to be aware of the size and weight the filter will have. for real small currents (< 1 A) you can actually get ready-made lc filters which are a fair bit smaller and lighter, also available on HK. still a decent product which I can recommend. can also be used for esc servo wires.

Very good to use on the ESC lead as helps a lot in taking out high frequency noise form the battery pack so it don't messes with the servos signal.

good quality for the price, will lower interference in needed setups (fpv for example)

Using them for safety reasons, better have them in the wire between receiver and ESC. More than enough space for 5 windings. If you think you don`t need them because you use 2.4 Ghz - better have them mounted than sorry after a motor cut-off with crash.
