The Turnigy Accucel 6 Balance Charger utilises quality FET's and resistors to accurately balance and charge LiPoly, LiFe, LiHV, NiMH, Nicd and Lead Acid batteries.
If you are looking for a charger for your Bolt batteries this unit is perfect as a low cost, go anywhere solution. The Accucel-6 will handle LiHV/LiPoly/LiFe up to 6S and NiMH/NiCd up to 15S and shows individual cell voltage throughout the charge cycle.
The intuitive menu system means charging and cycling is an easy process and can be done quickly and accurately. And because this is a 12v DC charger you can power it up at the field using a 12v car battery or at home with a 12v power supply.
It is also able to connect this charger to your PC using a USB cable (not supplied) so you can monitor pack voltage, cell voltage and other data through real-time graphs during charging. You can also control charging and update firmware from "Charge Master".
Also included with the Accucel-6 are input and output wires with XT60 plugs.
There are several chargers now entering the China market that look similar to the Accucel. These chargers are produced with cheaper FET's and are unfortunately much less accurate and very unsafe. There has been reports of the copied chargers over-charging packs and not balancing correctly.
The Accucel-6 is the first charger in the market with this PCB layout Circuit design. Any charger with the same circuit diagram is most definitely a copy. We have tested the copied chargers ourselves, their componentry is of a very low quality and the manufacturing company that has produced the copy has used a process of duplicating our CPU(MCU)'s hex file and flashed a similar chip(MCU) to produce a similar product. This means they do not have the original code and therefore cannot bug-test(QC) or update the charger at any point. Our chargers have CE and RoHS certification, proving their safety.
Plus, thousands of customers the world over have used our chargers with excellent results.
Your batteries are expensive. We understand this and thats why we will not carry low-quality charging devices.
Trust only in TURNIGY® quality charging devices.

Overall great product. I'm just writing this review because it has one major flaw : the DC input plug is an XT60 ! This is terrible as I'm not going to modify my power source with an XT60 output plug so I had to create an adapter...
The Accucell 6 50 W has a normal DC input, why did they put an XT60 on this one ? GrrrFan motor RATTLES UNTIL U TAP IT COUPLE TIME on mine, Charges Bolt battery nice evenly and fastExcelent charger ! with a lot of cool featuresКачественный продукт. Хороший продавец.good charger never had problem with thisRealy like it. Im using it with max 8A and it is working like a charm. Also the beep sounds wont wake your child like other charger ...Best value charger: ideal charger for most people that only need to charge 2-4S. The fact it can charge 2S at 10 amps is a major plus and makes using a parallel charge board worthwhile. Even some grunty 150 W chargers cant charge 2S at that rate.
The only negatives I can think of are that I would like more control over terminal charge/discharge functions and the ChargeMaster software - this frequently crashes on my Win 7 set up - has a few Chinese spelling/grammar features such as "Staus" (Status) and "Cells Volts" (Suggest: "Cell Voltages")tiny little charger with many programms to charge a lot of types of batteries, intuitive menu.
The Display show lots info and stats of charging ...
This one replaces my old HypeX7...
half weigt , half size and LiHV capable , perfect outside on airfield ;)I've owned 4 Accucell chargers over the years and I've never had a problem or issue with any of them. I was impressed when they bought this new version out as my biggest complaint with the older model was the slow 50w charge. It meant that large 5 or 6 cell batteries took over a hour to charge. With the new version it can do the same batteries in 30-40m. The buttons and features have also been improved. The new power connector is also welcome as the older models could become loose and intermittent over time. Best value chargers on the market.
This is the second one ive owned , great charger for the price!
