Turnigy® dlux SBEC ESCs have set a new bench mark in quality and performance, so much so that this lightweight and highly versatile ESC can handle up to 6s and + 10A burst current with complete peace of mind. The extensive programming and data Logging features also offer a versatility of applications rarely seen in an ESC of this rating. All Turnigy dlux ESCs can be programmed via a programing card or by transmitter. Clear and easy to understand instructions are included.
*Now featuring data logging viewable when used with Turnigy dlux programming box.

SimonK Firmware aufspielbar!Got this to go in my Radjet 800 (stock set up). It is just a shame that this ESC comes with such short wires. Here's a late update to the previous review of the ESC:
Contacted HK CS to let them know the ESC wasn't working and they needed some "proof" of the failure. So I hooked all the electrical parts up and was getting ready to shoot a short video so the problem could be seen 'in action' as-it-were. Before I started the camera rolling the ESC started showing signs of life, the motor started spinning (under control of the servo tester) and then smoke and flames shot out of one end of the ESC. Whoops...
I forwarded photos (and a short video) of the damage and after a few more emails I received a full refund credit. I'm tempted to try another one but I'd like to read some success stories first.Received my ESC last Tuesday (01/22/2013) and 5 days later had an opportunity to fire it up. First I connected it to my Turnigy Programming Box and even though the display on the box lit up, I couldn't get any setting info to show. Thinking maybe my box was too old and the firmware outdated, I went directly for a quick test with a 1450Kv motor, 3S Nanotech pack and my Hitec HFP-20 servo programmer (as a signal source). No beeps or any other signs of life came fourth from the 20A, dlux ESC. There was power present from the built-in SBEC but that's all. It's dead...
And what's with the conflicting specification regarding the number of series LiPo cells it can handle? Is the number 4 or is it 6? Somebody has to get this info consistent. It's rather critical!Good ESC, I only did the programming with the programming box.
Easy to set up, also the cut off temperature can be programmed in a range from 90-105.
Very fine throttle response over the complete range.
Maximum cut of setting available is 3.2V on the one I have.
I took this one because of the data logging when used with Turnigy dlux programming box. Good to have data for an easy controll of the setup. I would appreciate the amps measuring with .1 steps, not only 5A or 15A for example.
Displaying the logged data works fine on the box.
For getting rough data (min / max. values) to check that the drive setup is in the correct range its OK. For detailed data on competition models I still prefer the SM-Modellbau data logger. No special comments. Just a ESC but together with its programing box, a nice and reliable combo.Lger, il faut maintenant tester sa durabilitvery nice. .
