Great replacement for glow plug igniters that allow the battery to be replaced, ie Dynamite, HPI, Team Losi, etc. And a fraction of the normal cost.

Soldered a 7-cell pack for an older electric plane with Speed 600 motor, and after 3 cycles on the charger with one-tenth C they were pretty good. Same power as my well-proven GP 3700 mAh, but slightly more capacity and flight time. Thanks to my reflex charger, they don`t get warm at charging, but reach full capacity. Now they`ll need around 10 - 20 flights to reach the final capacity, like all Ni-MH cells.

Compared these against a nice 3300nimh pack I have here are the results:

Physically these are slightly heavier (65gr versus 53gr), they are also slightly bigger and fitting them into my vintage scorally sp12m was a very tight fit. Takes this into account if you plan to use them in a vintage car with a small battery compartment. Same storry if the idea is to refurbish a drill pack.

The build quality is good with no recess which makes soldering much more easy: the soldering flux is much more easy to clean.

In terms of power: the charger could feed them with 4300mah and the battery gave back 4000mah at 1A with a 0,9v cut-off. This is pretty good, my 3300mah pack gave 2850mah by comparison.

The internal resistance of the pack as seen by the charger is slightly higer than the resistance of the 3300mah pack. As a result my charger suggests a 4,5A charge rate while the 3300mah pack happily accepts to be charged at 5,7A. Presumably this would imply slightly less punch, but on my 20A discharger I could see no noticeable difference, both pack were holding more than 1,1v at 20A discharge rate.

Overall a nice pack with no lies on the capacity, but take into account that it is a bit more heavy and bigger than lower capacity equivalents.
