As others have mentioned it rotates in the opposite direction of the marking.
It is a nice and compact motor but I do not believe the ESC to handle 25A. I tested one motor with a 3S battery and 6x4 propeller. It did not last may seconds before the motor stopped. It was glow hot and did not work after cooling down. Unfortunately I did mot measure voltage and current. Tested another motor of the same sort, this time with a 3S battery and a 6x3 propeller and this time I had a "Watt's Up" meter between battery and motor. It read 10.4V and 15.5A at full throttle. The motor was quite warm afterwards. 3S and a 6x3 prop seems to be a good choice for an average plane.

Would be nice to know what ESC menu is. (Manual or any literature).
Can this be re-flashed with different variants of BL heli?
Supplied hollow threaded shafts for spinners to screw onto are very thin and prone to breaking.

these make nice install, work great good power and fly time.ONLY issue motors labeled wrong CCW MOTOR is CW & CW Motors is CCW install that way work great
