The first generation of FGX F1 cars proved to be extremely popular, now with the second generation FGX Evo things have got even better. This build it yourself kit is realistic, durable and has excellent stability and handling characteristics on the track.
Some of the new features of the FGX Evo are extended chassis which allows more room for different gearing options, 4 wheel independent suspension, front laydown friction dampers and big bore oil filled adjustable rear dampers for improved grip, front and rear stabiliser for better handling and more, see below for full list.
The FGX Evo retains many of the features of the original FGX such as the mid-rear mounted motor for perfect weight distribution, fully adjustable bell crank steering system which allows adjustment of the Ackermann angle in small increments and a longitudinally mounted battery for optimal weight distribution. The kit is supplied with a lexan body shell kit which includes the front and rear spoilers. Required to complete are an ESC, servo, motor with 48 pitch pinion gear, Tx and Rx, battery and charger.
