Same Problem on ds238mg

I have old serwo SC238MG with the red inscription Corona. It has well-fitting T-bar lift well. New with the orange inscription are loose. This is not the problem, some tape and it is well. New serwa work so as old, well. ( I always unscrew the casing and check the solder).

Smooth, not too noisy, centre OK. The horns, while not being a tight fit on the output shaft are OK once the screw is installed and tightened.

Upon testing, the Y2 output transistors are burning out. Why is this? This is very bad.

Bought some to replace the stock (plastic geared) rudder servo in the Dynam Pitts Python. It is a direct fit into the slot for the Pitts.
I am really happy with the quality of these Corona servo. Smooth and quiet. Really nice set of mounting accessories come included that allow you to mount vertically or horizontally.
I'll be getting more for any of the bigger jobs.
Cheers Michael

Bought 8 of these servos. On all the horns fits very poorly on the splined shaft and even after screwing them on tightly, there is a big play. I fixed mine by using teflon tape. See the attached file how to do this and now the horns fits vey nicely. It is otherwise a great servo with very high torque for it small size. The gear train has a lot of gears. See the attached file so how can Corona equip them with such poor horns. Its a mystery. I give only 2 crowns because of this.

Got 4 of these. I only need 2!! Not soak tested as yet, but I agree that the horns are not a fantastic fit on the gear. I will update once fully tested.
