I like to fly this little bird. With 200W, it is able to make a F3A pattern quite well. You definitely need to fly it quite fast as it is not really a 3D but a pattern airplane. So, a high pitch prop is a must. It's amazing as this plane is clean and precise for its size: knife edge, avalanches, 4 points rolls are a lot of fun. I like it. A little tip: take care of differential on ailerons as it is quite sensitive.

I have had a Hotpoint for about 12 months (bought locally). I love it. I built it light (650g) for 3D and it does all the basic stuff well with only a 180W power system, and a 10x4.7 SF prop. I fly park pattern with it too with a faster pitch prop, and it does that very cleanly. This is one of the best models we've had on our local park in it's class, and we've had mini-Katanas and mini-Edge's and other new models to fly against. It lands slower and better than anything else too.

"hotpoint" is a great airplane, slow and perfect flight. I have with a motor KDA 22-20L, speed control OMRC STARt V2.1 25 mah, servos 4 x htx 900 9gr, Lipo htx D9 Gs 1700 mah.

The weight of the airplane is 685 grams and the flight time 8 minutes.

Bought this aircraft in australia,could have bought it here if I had met this site earlier. By far the best aircraft I have.Easy to fly,lands easily,excellent for aeros,even with 3D controls its not "wild" Thoroughly recommend for beginner to advanced.I get 20 mins with 11v 2200 lipo and 2408-21 brushless,vertical power.

I have it from another seller (before i found this site) and here its cheaper.

this plane is great i love to fly it.its realy build good and flyies very steady like a big one.its rolls are great , i think its because he has a very long body.the only thing that bothers me is that its not epp and thats means that you should be carefull not to crash it with its delicate body !
