My fuse arrived without a cowl, rendering it unusable, and the default procedure for me to remedy this is to send back the bad fuse... at my own expense... for their mistake. Hey, mistakes happen, just make it right.
So, they appear to be sending a cowl without me needing to return... awsome! This will fix the fuse issue (with a bit of work on my part but no biggie...)... but... this replacement order has been sitting in "processing" mode for many days, and the cowl shows up as out of stock online.... wondering if I am I just wasting my time waiting. If there are no cowls, please just send a new fuse. If there are cowls, please just send a cowl.
I just want to fly, and have already paid for and waited almost 2 weeks for the (dud) fuse....

They shipped a fuselage without a cowl

A fuselage without a cowl was shipped... effectively rendering the fuselage useless. I would just buy a cowl and be done with it, but they are on backorder (in part why I ordered the fuse in the first place!). So I am having to go through a full return process, paying shipping up front on my end, for what is a clear error in the shipped produced. I will update this review dependent on how the exchange process goes.... it would be really nice if they had a human I could actually speak with....

Perfect replacement for Excalibur fuse when when you have 'hard landings'. Only add your tail servos, motor and esc.
