The full-size Bell UH-1 Huey is a utility military helicopter and was the first turbine-powered helicopter to see service with the United States military. It was used to great effect during the Vietnam War being used for a variety of purposes such as general support, air assault, cargo transport, medical evacuation, and search and rescue. There have been many derivatives over the last 50 years and in excess of 16,000 Huey's have been produced since its inception.
The highly detailed upgraded version FLYWING Bell UH-1 Huey V4 is packed full of features, but at the heart of it is the H1 M10N positioning system, which is a high-precision IMU attitude calculation unit with a barometer and GPS. This will allow the helicopter to hover over fixed points with no input from the pilot, and there is also a return to home and low battery return function. The H1 M10N uses intuitive, easy-to-use software that will allow you to adjust all the parameters via your PC so that you can fine-tune the flying characteristics to your liking.
The all-metal rotor head is made of precision components for durability and precise controllability. Power is supplied to the main rotor by a 16V 3508 brushless motor, and flight times with the supplied 4S 3000mAh battery can be up to 20 minutes. The Bell Huey also features a 60A, 32-bit processor ESC, fast, metal-geared servos, and a high-speed brushless tail motor with a specially designed high-efficiency tail rotor.
This version of the FLYWING Bell UH-1 Huey V4 is supplied as "Plug N Fly", which means it has everything you want to fly except for a transmitter and a battery. You will require a FlySky FS-i6S AFHDS 2A compatible transmitter or similar with a helicopter mode and 6 channels, and a 4S 3000mAh LiPo battery.
This upgraded version includes the latest flight control algorithms, automatic compass calibration, fitted windows, and applied decals.
