The Alfa Focke Wolf is one of Alfas Best flying planes.



If the weight kan be kept around :420g The plane will be a dream in the sky.

(Recomended weight is 450g but keep it lighter if possible.)



My recomended setup:

Engine : hacker Style Brushless Outrunner 20-28M

Esc: TURNIGY Basic 18A v3.1 Speed Controller

Battery: ZIPPY-H 1200mAh 3S1P 30-40C

Servo: HXT900 9g / 1.6kg / .12sec Micro Servo

And a 9x6 prop.

Alfa FW-190A = FUN!!!

This plane from Alfa, the FW-190A and the P-47 make a great first Alfa. The 190A is a great little flyer. And due to the air foil of the wing, it flys like a bigger plane, and can handle a fair amount of wind. I myself fly my FW-190A with and MPJet Red outrunner, 18 amp ESC, AR6000 receiver, 2 S75 servos and a 1500 mAh 2s lipo. I get about 12 minutes of mixed fight, with mAh to spare. The 2s lipo gives very scale like flight speed, but I have seen one with a 3s lipo, and it was a rocket. But if your looking to get your first Alfa, the FW-190A's a nice intro to Alfa Models.

This was my favorite plane until a radio glitch killed it. If you are at all interested, I would suggest you buy. I had many enjoyable flights with mine.
