These don't stay connected very well. Also, I got solder between the prongs and, while trying to remove it gently, a prong fell off.

Better uses the other version of these connectors, the one with the oval shaped "cage", because they keep more tension over time.
Re-tensioning: Press an old knife into the slots to spread the connector a little.

Excellent connectors

These connectors are extremely nice, mainly because they have much more surface area touching male to female. That, of course, is due to design, where the male connectors are straight and flat, which touches the whole connector to the female. Almost every other male connector being sold has a gold cage around it where the female goes into. There's less resistance and potential for greater amp handling with these connectors. I use them on the motor connectors and the ESC to motor connectors typically with 12awg wire. These are small enough to not use too much room in my tiny fuselage. For a 4mm connector, this is the best.
