I initially ordered this motor as a spare part for my bixler 2 but I never used it like that.
Recently I decided to use it for a Teksumo wing and met 2 problems:
1) the axis diameter is 2,5 mm (3.00 at he root close to the motor cage) for which I could not find any prop saver. I had to buy one with a 2.3 diameter and drill it to 2.5
2) the wires are made of 6-8 strands of hard enameled copper. If you cut them to shorten the wires, it will be next to impossible to solder them to your ESC. Moreover, the external insulating plastic freely slide over those strands.
I had to use a polishing wheel on a dremel to remove this enamel and this took a while (https://www.dremel.com/en-us/Accessories/Pages/ProductDetail.aspx?pid=511E). Eventually I could solder them and put some shrinking tube to make it clean.

Much smaller than I thought it would be, though I didn't get the bixler in the end because the glue triples the cost of shipping. Goiing to use this to build a custom wing I guess.
